Job Description

We are looking for a proactive teammember to assist with office administration duties and bookkeeping.The role will beoffice based and include answering the telephone, responding toemails, managing general day to day office administrative functionsplus carrying out bookkeeping remotely for a range of farming andrural clients. The bookkeeping will include entering sales andpurchase invoices, reconciling the bank, submitting VAT returns andrunning monthly/quarterly reports.We are looking forsomeone who uses their own initiative, is friendly, organised, hasgood communication skills dealing directly with clients, hasattention to detail, a ‘can do’ attitude and enjoys working in asmall team. Youwill be confident in using Microsoft office and previous experiencein using Sage and Xero would be advantageous.Our business will shortly be based in a newlyconverted rural office located just outside Devizes. We specialisein providing business advice and services to farming and ruralclients.  Appropriate training will beprovided to the successful candidate.
