An excellent opportunity for a Marketing Manager to work for a growing and ambitious company within the FMCG sector, my client are an already established and well known brand within their industry who are looking for a Marketing Manager to cover the UK and EMEA markets

My client are looking for a Marketing Manager who has experience of new product launches, brand development and product management as well as digital responsibilities such as

  • Google Analytics
  • Social media
  • Campaign Management
  • Website Management

This exciting opportunity will be working alongside the head of marketing on projects , daily marketing responsibilities engaging with key stakeholders in America and the opportunity to be involved in the direction of the marketing strategy for the business.


  • To work closely with the Head of Marketing to deliver the timely launch and promotion of new products and campaigns across our channels and via our European regional teams and customer base in each region
  • Support the cross functional teams: Sales, Finance, Customer Services and Supply chain with the fulfilment of product and marketing responsibilities
  • To provide and present features & benefits and technical information on new and existing products to the regional sales teams
  • To support the sales team with sales presentations, product training, promotional planning and attendance at events and customer meetings
  • To develop and deliver the content served on our digital media platforms and to our end user database
  • To maintain accurate and up to date content plans for each of our routes to market
  • To ensure all UK digital marketing activity accurately represent the brand and product categories including social media
  • To cascade and review utilisation of all our latest marketing assets and campaign packs to our European customer base
  • Accurately maintain and update all European website content including store locator
  • Creation of content and ongoing maintenance of our social media channels and enforcement of brand guidelines internally and externally
  • Involvement in content creation for key marketing campaigns and marketing touchpoints
  • To monitor and carry out research on competitor activity including new product launches, competitor campaigns and promotional activity
  • Market data analysis
  • Monthly sales analysis and reporting
  • The creation and implementation of POS, sales literature and display merchandising linked to the product portfolio
  • Assist with the PR push ensuring press releases and relevant marketing collateral is shared with press, publications, and digital influencers
  • Carry out any other ad hoc responsibilities as required by the Line Manager from time to time
  • University Degree (or equivalent), preferably in Marketing
  • 2 - 3 years Relevant experience in Marketing/Product Management
  • Experience in the implementation of Social Media advertising & website maintenance
  • Strong Computer skills: MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Adobe / Photoshop.
  • Highly motivated and eagerness to fulfil the position's responsibilities effectively and in a timely fashion
