AJ Chambers are pleased to be recruiting for a medium sized Accountancy Firm in Central London who are seeking a Trainee Bookkeeper to join their firm.

This is a fantastic role for a candidate educated to A Level standard, who is looking for their first step into Accountancy. No previous Accountancy experience is required but the firm are looking for someone with at least 3 years' work expeirence, even if in a completely different sector such as hospitality, admin, retail etc.

The firm are looking for someone who is currently studying AAT, with Level 2 completed.

The main duties of the role will be:

Sales and purchase ledger processing
Reconciliation of accounts
Bank reconciliations
VAT and month end reporting
Payroll

The firm are able to offer fantastic training within Bookkeeping to give you a great start in your Accountancy career. Study support for the AAT qualification will be offered alongside a very competitive salary.
