Job Description
My client is recruiting for a Bookkeeper to join them on a permanent part time basis. The preferred working hours would be 9am - 2pm Monday to Friday.
The ideal candidate will have used QuickBooks and has an advance knowledge of Excel, there is potentially an opportunity for this to grow and include data analysis and advanced reporting in the future.
- Good knowledge of QuickBooks online
- Post bank/credit card transactions and perform regular bank/credit card reconciliations
- Reconcile and manage accounts payables/receivables including credit control
- Recording and manage cash expenses
- Recording and manage overhead expenses/bills
- Preparing management accounts and reports for directors
- Manage obligations to Suppliers, Customers
- Look to improve our financial processes
- Ad hoc admin tasks
