This Part time Bookkeeper/ Finance Assistant is a newly created role to support the Finance Director in a biotech bsuiness.
EA First are delighted to be working with a high growth biotech business in South Cambridge. Due to recent growth, they are looking to recruit a part time Bookkeeper/ Finance Assistant into their Finance team.
The key responsibility for the bookkeeper are:
Inputting or uploading supplier invoices into Sage Line 50
Accurate management of the company's order system
First Point of contact for the finance team
Bank payment runs
Regular bank reconciliations
Timesheet maintenance
Supporting with the annual audit
Adhoc hoc admin support
The ideal candidate for this bookkeeper role will have a background of working within the finance administration role ideally within a small and busy finance team
The Suitable candidates will also have:
SAGE experience
Advanced Microsoft Office including Excel
You will be highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Ability to prioritise work and work well under pressure
Ability to communicate across all levels of seniority
Salary up to 30k (Pro Rata), Private Health care, Pension , Hybrid working
