We here at Siamo Recruitment are representing a leading estate agent based within Cirencester looking to onboard an experienced Bookkeeper into their growing branch, this role will report directly into the Business and Finance Manager.
This opportunity provides a fine blend of financial and administrative duties essential to our clients day-to-day.
Our client has indicated that this will be a Part Time opportunity. Officed based for 25-30 hours per week.

This Bookkeeper opportunity will have the following responsibilities:
Assisting in the production of annual budgets & forecasts for the firm
Raise client account invoices
Reconcile monthly rent demands against payments received to produce monthly rent debtors statement
Paying in of cheques / paying invoices & associated book keeping
Cash flow management
Payment of wages & implementation of wage reviews
Funding & management discussions with bank when required
Printing off creditors & debtor reports
Management of Pension Scheme
To assist the Business and Finance Manager in the delivery of the firms Operational requirements
The ideal candidate for this Bookkeeper opportunity will have:
Previous Bookkeeping exposure is essential due to the nature of the role
Previous exposure managing internal and external payments
Experienced within bank reconciliation
Exposure working on accountancy packages
Keen eye and attentive to detail
Microsoft Packages proficient including Microsoft Excel
