Our highly successful New Homes business is looking for an experienced New Homes Sales Manager to join our Surrey & South West London region. This is a chance to join an award-winning Estate Agency which offers a structured career path up to regional management level and work with all company departments in order to drive market share, revenue and profits from New Homes and related third-party income by targeting new developer clients.

As a New Homes Sales Manager, you will need to:

Work closely with the Marketing Manager on the design of all related branded marketing material

Develop exceptional working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations

Be responsible for Client management of all New Homes developer clients for the region

The ideal candidate will:

Have previous New Homes Estate Agency experience and customer service experience

Be target driven and tenacious, with a proven track record of achievement

Be a skilled salesperson able to secure financially profitable instructions and sales opportunities on behalf of the company

Be motivated and enthusiastic at all times

Display high standards of service and presentation

Demonstrate ideas and initiative around plans for market growth

Be a car owner with a full driving licence & be insured for business use
