Sales Manager, Financial Services, £45,000 Basic, OTE £90,000 uncapped. A new people management role that is leading a sales team offering a broad range of financial services to an international client base of High Net Worth and UHNW individuals. Based from a landmark building in the City of London, the role is with a niche division of a large, stable and cash-rich business offering both regulated and non-regulated financial products. They are ethical, and their products are based on maintaining an appropriate balance between risk and return.

We are looking for an exceptional people manager with a thorough knowledge of the investment and financial markets, including regulatory requirements.

The role needs a true sales leader that is experienced in recruiting, measuring and motivating sales teams and has a proven record of increasing sales income. To apply, you will have at least three- years' people-management experience leading a proactive outbound sales team.

So, what's required:

* A minimum of 3 years of sales management experience in financial or investment services.

* A proven track record of meeting sales targets - performance against targets should be detailed on your CV;

* Experience of setting up sales teams and putting in place systems, measures, procedures and key performance indicators;

* An ambitious and career-driven individual that wants to increase their earnings;

* Your style will be one that encourages, supports and promotes 'buddying' and getting the staff to work together and support each other to ensure that all goals are met. It requires a hands-on sales driver that leads by example and manages by measures.

* To succeed, you will be very commercially and sales aware, happy to lead by example and used to setting and managing by measures and key performance indicators.
