Company Bookkeeper - Helston - Circa: £22,000 DOE
Trial Balance Consulting have been assigned by a rapidly growing Cornish SME who offer a range of specialist services to customers throughout the UK. They’re a young company with exciting projections for the future, and now seek a Company Bookkeeper to assist them in developing their business accounting.
This is a full time, permanent position though there may be opportunity for those seeking a degree of working flexibility.
The roles works closely alongside the Managing Director as well as several other members of the Senior Management team, so strong interpersonal skills and the ability to articulate financial information to team members in other areas is essential.
Ideally, applicants will hold part/full AAT but this employer has an open-minded attitude and is more interested in suitable technical experience and a strong team fit. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing sales and purchase invoices, setting up supplier accounts, debtor control, dealing with staff expenses, monthly payroll, analysing data and maintaining daily cash flow. Strong IT and MS Excel experience is essential and candidates will ideally have an excellent working knowledge of Xero accounting.
The role will be based in the company’s head office in Helston and work alongside a friendly & dynamic team. The role is immediately vacant and candidates are encouraged to apply ASAP.
