Bookkeeper/ Office Manager



Are you an organised, adaptable and experienced Finance assistant? My client have a varied and interesting role in a successful company, within a small friendly team. a varied Bookkeeping position which will utilise your skills? They are seeking someone that has bookkeeping experience but can also take on the daily running of their office.

Duties within the role will include:

Client Invoicing, client payments and credit control
CIS VAT returns
Purchase order and supplier invoice reconciliation
Dealing with supplier payments
Cashflow data preparation
Daily bank activity and reconciliation
Monthly accrual reconciliation
Expense and credit card management
Preparation of VAT returns
General office duties such as; Admin, purchasing, ordering of office equipment, answering calls and assisting with enquiries.The ideal candidate will have:

Experience using Sage
Exceptional communication skills
Experience in similar finance role ideally within practice
Experience in a similar role/title
Be self-motivated and a team player Due to the location, own transport is essential for this position
