We currently have a great opportunity at MOL to join the Delivery Team as Delivery Assistant on a permanent, full time (37 hours per week) basis.MOL are an established national professional education provider. We currently specialise in providing corporate and public programmes leading to qualifications for a range of disciplines including HR, management, property and conveyancing and probate law. MOL offer high quality blended, distance or live online learning products developed and delivered by specialists in the field.The purpose of this role is to provide accurate, efficient and timely administration including customer advice, learner records, raising sales and purchase orders and credit control processes and liaising with clients/customers to resolve issues. Work with the finance team and MOL to ensure all processes are compliant with Financial Regulations and MOL policies. To prepare reports for MOL to enable tracking of learners and confirmation of completion of processes such as payments and learner submissions.To do this successfully you'll need:Educated to level 2/3 or above or experience in a similar roleExperience in a Finance Department desirable but not essentialLevel 2 Maths & EnglishExperience of working in a customer facing roleExperience of working in a busy office environmentCustomer focused - able to focus on delivering the best outcome from the customer perspectiveProblem solver - proactive and solutions focusedOrganised and able to prioritise tasksMOL are an established national professional education provider.
