We have a number of great opportunities based at Bedford campus for an Associate Customer Contact Assistant to become a key member of our Enquiries and Admissions department.As an Associate Customer Contact Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our students through: Acting as a single point of contact for all customers contacting The Bedford College Group. Offering a triage service to determine their need and answering any FAQs where you can, including coordinating onward referrals to the most appropriate team, consistently monitoring and tracking all referrals. Working effectively as a member of the Sales & Marketing Directorate, carrying out any other associated duties as directed by the Customer Contact Manager, Senior Customer Contact Manager or Head of Enquiries & Admissions. Participating in recruitment events run by the Group, such as Open Days.Our ideal candidates will have experience of working in a fast-paced customer focused environment and exceeding customer expectationsand Experience of providing advice to customers using a variety of communication methods, e.g. email and via the telephone, alongside the following qualifications: A good standard of education, including English and mathematics at GCSE grade A-C or equivalent.
