As a Learning support assistant, you will have a positive mind-set or energy and will have strong engagement abilities to support the development of the students. A learning support Assistant will support the teacher by working with pupils in small groups and 1:1 in a classroom. An ideal candidate will need to be able to build rapport with students as you will be supporting years 7-11
