A leading flexible office space provider with a portfolio of quirky and funky buildings are looking for an energetic, outgoing, sociable and confident Assistant Centre / Building Manager to join their team near London Bridge. Working closely with a well-established and successful Centre / Building Manager, you will assist in the management of 2 busy business centres (both within a few minutes walk of each other).
The largest site comprises is home to over 100 businesses and the second site is home to over 50 businesses. With cafes on site, rising occupancy levels (following the return to offices post lockdown), meeting room and event space available - this is a busy and varied role in which no two days are likely to be the same! These are very busy centres and tenants include a nice mixture of good quality firms from a variety of industries - not a corporate business suit type site but neither is it overly creative.
Although you will be working closely with an experienced Centre Manager you should be confident enough to work alone as required and be able to prioritise and manage your own workload. This role is centred around relationship management (tenants, visitors, colleagues, contractors etc) so you must be confident dealing with a variety of people - this company value customer feedback, in fact they actively seek it out! In terms of character you will be a happy, friendly, super-organised candidate with a passion for problem solving, building relationships, using your initiative and you won’t shy away from the admin elements of the role - attention to detail is essential!
