All Things Festival is a new start-up company that was born out of lockdown. Our multi-level platform focuses on festivals & #bringingthefestivalcommunitytogether whilst raising awareness on sustainability, accessibility, diversity, inclusion & mental health at festivals. It is aimed at those involved in or with an interest in festivals and provides comprehensive listings, knowledge, content and a space to connect and collaborate. We are due to officially launch phases 1 and 2 of the business in June 2021. Phases 3 and 4 are planned to launch later in the year.
All Things Festival is seeking an enthusiastic and versatile assistant to join the team at what is a really exciting time for the business.
This internship will provide the successful candidate with an opportunity to gain hands on experience within a start up environment in the festival industry and an insight into how a start-up operates, sales, digital marketing, ethical business, corporate social responsibility, sustainability, accessibility, diversity and inclusion.
In return, the successful candidate will enjoy access to the Founder, the business, mentoring and coaching.

The ideal candidate should have a fun outlook on life and a willingness to learn. We are looking for someone who is flexible and capable of taking on specific tasks with attention to detail. Being comfortable communicating with a range of people is a must as is being able to work independently and collaboratively.
A passion for festivals and an entrepreneurial and innovative curiosity would be an asset as would an understanding of the internet and a natural flair for social media.
