An amazing scientific publisher of books, journals and digital resources on environmental issues is looking for a Customer Engagement Executive to look after their existing subscribers. This role reports into the Head of Sales & Marketing, and sits within a very friendly and successful team; the publisher is based in Central London, and they offer a hybrid home/office working model.
The role will be responsible for:
We are looking for someone that is very customer focused, has a great eye for processes and does not shy away from repetitive tasks. The role will see this person juggling different customer service enquiries and at times handling large amount of data. The Ideal candidate will be familiar with CRM systems, maybe from previous experience as a Marketing or CRM assistant, and they will demonstrate genuine interest in book and journal publishing.
