Job Description:

Work within the Continuous Improvement (CI) team to help to deliver and implement the CI strategy
Facilitating improvement activities 
The Continuous Improvement Graduate will understand and generate measures CI metrics and KPIs
Work with CI team leaders to prepare for and co-ordinate CI activities
Engaging team members in the identification of improvement opportunities
Data management of the Quality Management System
Generate factory data used to drive continuous improvement 
Training towards becoming a Continuous Improvement Technician Candidate Requirements:

Graduate in Business Management, Supply Chain or similar is essential
Familiar with MS Excel advanced level
Data analysis 
Good communication skills
Seeks to continually improve 
Systematic approach Hours: Monday – Friday full-time
Salary: £20,000 - £21,000 per annum DOE (reviewed every 6 months)
