An innovative FM Service Provider
Holding full accountability for services delivered to the client, you'll manage service in line with budget.
Managing direct reports (cleaning, admin, grounds etc.), ensuring compliance with legislation and regulations.
Managing contractors, ensuring delivery is to SLA and monitoring via service and financial reports.
Responsible for Safety & Wellbeing.
Responsibility for H&S Management on site, including accident and incident investigation management.
Manage the relationship with the client, developing and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement, operational delivery, quality and integrity of services delivered whilst focussing on commercial and financial objectives.
Deliver HR Management on site in relation with the HR team, ensuring any process and procedure is followed, and overseeing or delivered T&D on site.
Responsibility for the payroll process.
Experienced in Facilities Management, excellent soft services experience
Proven people management skills are essential, the ability to be firm but fair and develop staff.
Positivity, flexibility and communication.
Understanding of key facets in soft services management, including security
Commercial and financial awareness, with good numerical and IT skills.
