Online savings- major retailers, utilities, entertainment plus many moreWhat you will be doing:You will be responsible for the day-to-day and strategic management of the growing Lithium Battery team. Driving our new division the forward whilst managing whole operation.
You will oversee external Thermal event investigation and reporting and provide customers with outcomes and · build robust working relationships with customers, including visiting client sites to provide advice, appropriate packaging guidance and discuss operational performance where required.
You'll lead and develop your workforce through your adaptive management style. Strategically, and you will also want to roll your sleeves up and lead by example that way.
About you:Your passion for customer service is second to none, ensuring that our customers are at the heart of our operation.
Your interest and experience in continuous improvement methodologies from your industry will give you the desire to adapt your practices at EMR, never-ending to strive for perfection in everything you do.
