Customer Service AdministratorPertemps have got an exciting opportunity for multiple Customer Service Administrator to join a large logistics company based in Chineham.Responsilbities as a Customer Service Administrator:- Answering telephone calls and emails- Logging queries in the Incident Portal - Vivantio- Tracking vehicles and completing specific trackers and performance reports- Building and maintaining solid relationships with depots and customers- Analyse systems to identify trends in service failures- Deal with live issuesRequirments for this position:- Previous experience in a customer facing role- Confident speaking over the phone- Experience and knowledge of Microsoft packages- Ability to work to tight deadlines and work well under pressureA little more about this role:- Temp to perm position- Sunday - Thursday 14:00-22:00- Starting pay of u00A310 per hour- Plenty of progression opportunities- We also have a night position available working Tuesday to Saturday 22:00 - 06:00If you are interested in this Customer Service Administrator position please apply below with an up to date CV or give Jemma a call at the Pertemps Basingstoke branch
