What you can expect as our Assistant Manager

This is an exciting growth opportunity for a candidate looking to progress within our operations team. The Assistant Manager will assist our Operations Manager in the running of our sites and achieving strategic business goals. You'll get the opportunity to build on your existing customer service skills and develop your abilities in leadership and management!

Supporting the creation of a positive and memorable experience for residents such as attracting five-star reviews on Google and Student Crowd platforms
Handling and resolving customer complaints with a patient and understanding approach
Completing administrative tasks including tenancy administration and updating of databases
Assisting with recruitment of new team members including carrying out interviews
Line management of team members including coaching to develop and motivate your team and carrying out quarterly one to ones
Promoting IQ schemes through the use of social media
Assisting with management of the team and deputising in the absence of the Operations manager
Ensuring compliance in line with health and safety standards such as carrying out building walks and inspections to ensure standards are met

Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 dependent on experience

Hours: Our buildings are open 8AM-8PM, this role will be a mix of shift patterns working 5 in 7 days.
