GCU London is the London-based postgraduate campus of Glasgow Caledonian University. GCU London is now looking to appoint an additional part time Administrative Assistant to work as part of an effective campus Professional Services team. The role holder will support the GCUL Professional Services Team in the provision of an effective and customer-oriented service to colleagues and students.

The post will involve close working with colleagues across GCU, School Professional Services and the Facilities Management Directorate.

The successful candidate will have relevant administrative experience, ideally in a student facing role, and will demonstrate strong service delivery experience. The ability to exercise initiative and show a high degree of responsibility is a prerequisite of the role. The Campus Administrative Assistant will be an excellent communicator and will be responsive, courteous and highly organised.
