Job Description
Teaching Personnel are currently working with a secondary school in North Northampton who are looking for a Teaching Assistant to work on a 1:1 basis with a student with various needs.
They can be flexible on start date but ideally would like an immediate start
This would be an on-going position, full time
Pay is between 75-90GBP depending on experience
Desired skills & experience:
Experience with SEND and SEN interventions for students with SEN.
Committed to helping students.
Good organisation and timekeeping skills.
High expectations of both students and staff.
Excellent communication skills.
Patience and understanding.

Support students to complete their work.
Offer support to all students of all abilities and help them access their learning.
Contribute to a positive learning experience.
Addressing gaps in learning.
Support students who have a variety of needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
