Your role as Assistant Manager:

Supporting the General Manager with the
day-to-day running of the site in accordance with established company
standards, policies and procedures
Motivating and inspiring your team through a genuine
passion for hospitality
Ongoing training and development of the team
Driving sales by maintaining excellent standards and exceeding customer
Maintain front of house standards and drive excellence in
food, hotel, service and drink quality                                                       
Adhere to all legislative requirements for people, safety,
and licensing                                                                                                    
Conduct regular stock counts and compare to usage reports
including waste records to identify opportunities for tighter control
What we are looking for:
The ability to deliver excellent customer service and great team work in a fast paced and pressurised environment
Energy and motivation to successfully lead and inspire your team
Self-motivation with excellent organisational and communication skills
Previous experience in a management or leadership role within the hospitality industry - essential
Passion for the industry and the challenges that come with it
A result driven and ambitious individual keen to develop your career and grow with us
