The Company:
ER Recruitment is currently working alongside a growing brand that has established an outstanding reputation nationwide. The opportunity has arisen for an HR Advisor to join the thriving Leicester based team to provide support and deliver best practise human resources to achieve overall business objectives.

Role&Responsibilities of the HR Advisor:
Advise on all aspects of employee relations including the management and advice of all ER issues e.g., disciplinary, grievance, sickness, performance, appeals and probationary reviews. Complete start to end case management
Advise on Employment Law legislation - ensure that knowledge remains up to date and employees/line managers are advised accordingly.
Liaise with line managers, monitoring training needs and developing workshops in conjunction with L&D team.
Monitor and review data and analytics to identify key trends and ensure appropriate action.
Monitoring absence and case work for long term sick colleagues, providing tools for managers to complete welfare meetings and engaging occupational health where required
Working in conjunction with the Shared Services team and the business to develop and implement policies, procedures and approaches which ensure the organisation has access to the right skills and competencies with a strong development pipeline.
Contribute to project plans while promoting the brand and champion the values concept.
Support the wider HR team with research work associated with HR Projects.

About You as the HR Advisor:
CIPD qualified with proven background in Generalist HR
Strong Analytical skills
Experienced in managing multiple ER cases from cradle to grave.
Skilled in coaching and motivating others. Able to development of effective relationships across the business
Able to work well within a team and autonomously
Outstanding communication and influencing skills
Great problem solving, judgement and decision making skills
Competent using CRMs and other software such as the Microsoft Office suite - particularly Excel
Excellent attention to detail and organisation.
