Office Administrator
Bradford City Centre
£18,000 - £22,000
My client are an independent firm of solicitors looking to expand their team based in Bradford City Centre. They are looking for an Office Administrator to play an integral part of coordinating all day-to-day administration activities. The ideal candidate must be able to work autonomously, use their initiative and be highly organised.
As an Office Administrator your duties will include:
Answer and direct all incoming calls
Accurately input data onto the case management system
Reviewing and responding to client’s emails
Produce spreadsheets to enter, edit and organise numerical data
Assist with articles, blogs and social media posts for the company website
Booking and arranging meetings
Ad hoc administration including printing, copying, filing and scanning
As an Office Administrator you will have the following skills:
Previous Administration experience is essential
Highly competent on Microsoft Office
Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High levels of attention to detail
