Reporting to the HR Manager the Administrator will provide excellent customer service both to internal and external parties. The administrator will work as part of the admin team providing flexible support across the organisation, as directed by the HR Manager in line with the needs of the organisation.

KEY DUTIES
- First line contact - Be part of the team that triages incoming emails and phone calls from their network
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Oversee the guest and staff experience, ensuring a welcoming and professional visit for all. Assist with opening up and locking up the office
- Work as part of an admin team to carry out tasks requested through the admin system
- Manage incoming and outgoing post and parcels
- Assist with Fundraising income processing records management
- Provide admin support for a range of internal and external events and activities
- Manage branded merchandise supplies and fulfilment
- Provide admin support for the Intranet
- Carry out large volume mail outs as directed
- Maintain the appearance and functionality of common spaces, ensure the kitchen is clean and fully stocked
- Maintain office equipment, supplies and assets for office, remote and hybrid workers
- Manage hot desk bookings, Manage meeting room and car park bookings for staff and visitors
- Carryout office induction with employees and visitors new to the building. Assist in Health and Safety maintenance and checks
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary

KNOWLEDGE&EXPERIENCE
- High level of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
- Experienced in workload management and knowledge of work prioritisation
- Knowledge of recognising the confidentiality of some kinds of information
- Experience of working with a CRM system is desirable
- Experience in a customer service/support environment desirable
