At Accountable recruitment we are looking for a Permanent Admin Executive for a market leading company in the Liverpool area.
Salary £20000 // Full time // Training provided //
Your day to day responsibilities will include: Overseeing the processing of payments to assist our members while they seek work ensuring that all members receive their discretionary entitlements
Checking reconciliations to ensure that all processes are being followed correctly
Delivering induction and refresher finance procedure training to operations
Keep an duti trail by accurate and tidy filing of all financial records
Processing orders for cash, vouchers and travel card replenishment, ensuring that national ordering procedures are followed.
