In this role, you will provide generalist and specialist HR support, which includes advice, guidance, training and coaching to a variety of clients, face to face, on-site and remotely. You will ensure the very best levels of service are being provided to meet their needs. You will always operate in line with our clear values and ethics.

HR Administrator Duties
Manage all HR systems for clients
General HR Admin support for client
Manage client contact through email and phone correspondence and onsite presence as agreed
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Deliver to agreed client service levels
Provide accurate, timely reports with updates on client activities
Work collaboratively with your colleagues to deliver key business KPI’s
Work with professional partners and third parties e.g. employment solicitors, apprenticeship providers, partner consultancies
Attend HR and Learning&development conferences/events as required
Attend regular team and 121 meetings to review own contribution and performance
HR Administrator Requirements
2+ years’ experience in a HR environment
Relevant professional qualifications - Graduate CIPD Level 3 or equivalent
Comfortable and effective working under pressure, with fast pace and to tight timescales
Versatility and 'real world’ ability to engage with people at all levels in an organisation, large and small
Articulate and professional in written and verbal communication
Comfortable with online meeting platforms e.g. Zoom!, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet

This is a Full-time HR Administrator role paying between £22,000 - £25,000 depending on experience.
