Due to huge growth the business is now looking for an experience 3rd line Team leader-This is a key opportunity within the business and will ensure the network is providing the service their customers and partners have come to expect. Maintaining the companies high reputation and quality of service.
The 3rd line Team Leader will have ideally the following experience and skills: 1) ITIL foundation service desk. 2) Experience ideally of 24/7 NOC environments. 3) Experience in setting up a 24/7 NOC advantageous 4) an advantage if you have experience of ISO2000 5) strong written and verbal communication skills
Any Microsoft teams experience preferred.
Duties summary Manage and develop a 24/7 function ensure capabilities on 3rd line team maintained Manage 3rd line engineers and support engineers manage SLA's and KPIS manage all partner escalations.
