As a Technical Product Owner strong( with responsibility for creating and optimising the backlog for our most innovative technology stack, you'll work with the team to define, prioritise and sequence technical full stack delivery into epics and features that realise incremental value and new capabilities and services that accelerate the delivery of customer propositions.  p(
You'll work closely with business Product Owners, to ensure that the delivery of the technical stack enables the delivery of member value, led by the design and delivery of customer journeys in our new mobile service channel and be part of true transformation. p(

You have a passion for delivering quality products that their users love li( You enjoy working with stakeholders to making it as easy as possible for them to do business. li( You have a keen interest in new technologies and are always on the lookout for "what's new" and drawing on best practices from within and outside the industry. li( You are able to plan and drive scoping, requirements definition and prioritisation activities for large, complex initiatives. li( You work well in high-pressure situations, and consistently deliver under tight time constraints while delighting your stakeholders.  li( You can negotiate with stakeholders to manage competing priorities and conflicts. li( You listen when ideas are challenged, seek to understand the nature of the criticism and respond constructively. li( You are able to facilitate open communication and discussion between stakeholders, acting as a single point of contact by developing, maintaining and working to stakeholder engagement strategies and plans. li( You are able to understand the requirements of stakeholders and are able to translate those requirements into something that can be built and tested by a delivery team to meet those expectations. li( You recognise and adapt to individual differences and working styles. li( You support initiatives that create an environment in which diversity is valued li( ul( Essential Requirements: strong( p(
Demonstrate a good understanding of the drivers of value in the product area. li( Experience of product ownership with a passion for evolving great digital products by leading multi-disciplinary teams. li( Experience of delivering the development of complex and/ or high-risk products from an idea through to post-implementation monitoring. li( Experience of writing user stories and acceptance criteria in behaviour driven development format li( Experience in engaging with users and stakeholders to turn user insight into product improvements. li( Able to set, monitor and report measurable product performance targets. li( Experience in Quality Improvement methodologies. li( Demonstrate strong ability to understand the insight from data; research, analysis and reporting skills. li( Use of product management and backlog software and Agile delivery methodologies li( Prior experience of micro-services architecture would be a distinct advantage li( ul( Hybrid working strong( is choosing the best location for you to carry out your role - this could be in the office or it could be at home. You can be flexible in your approach, for example coming into the office when you need to collaborate with colleagues in person, or working from home if you have a lot of Zoom meetings to go to.
