Bury centre, Lancashire
Full Time Permanent
Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm
£17600 to £19000 depending on experience

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join a top-quality Training Provider with a proven track record in the Training and Development sector.
Reporting to the Study Programme Manager , the role of the Study Programme Administrator will be to carry out all administration duties within the Study Programme.
Duties include:
To ensure the timetable system is updated with all the relevant information to capture students’ data and planning for their time on the programme
To complete registration paperwork for students
To complete student filing daily and archiving as required
To ensure that all deliveries are checked and signed for and invoices passed to Accounts following quality systems
To ensure that all incoming calls are answered within a reasonable time period, that they are directed to the appropriate person and to answer queries where appropriate
To process centre monies following quality systems
To distribute bus passes/travel allowances following quality systems.
To process students’ Bursary payments
To support and contribute to the centre starts strategy
To participate in any Study Programme promotional events e.g. Careers Conventions, parents’ evenings, job fairs, open days, etc.
To explain the requirements of the Study Programme provision to all interested parties
To ensure that both internal and external post is allocated to respective people as requested
To liaise with other departments regarding queries etc. as required
To carry out look rounds and interviews for potential starts on the programme
