Our client a close knit collection of intimate restaurants based in the West End of London have created a brand new role for an assistant HR and Talent Manager to join their team with a salary of £32,000 - £36,000 on offer depending on your experience plus a variety of perks.
What does the role entail?
As the Assistant HR and Talent Manager reporting in to the People Director and working in a small close knit, supportive and friendly team you will take on a Generalist HR remit supporting in a variety of areas, whilst also taking ownership of the recruitment process for junior members of staff, working with agencies and direct sourcing too, as well as onboarding, inducting and getting involved in training too.
What skills will you have?
To be considered for this Assistant HR and Talent Manager role you will be a confident and capable HR Generalist with good experience and strengths in Recruitment too. This could be your first step in to HR management or you may already have some experience but are seeking a fresh challenge, it is however very important that you have some experience within hospitality and ideally will have recruited a variety of hospitality roles too. If you are CIPD qualified this would be an added bonus, but the skill to do the job and a great personality come first.
