Senior Ecommerce Manager Linens Online
Develop and implement the DTC ecommerce strategy for our DTC website (Linensonline)
An exciting opportunity is available for to take ownership of our e-commerce platform’s day to day operations. We require a day-to-day e-commerce whiz to lead a creative and authentic e-commerce platform based in the heart of Birmingham. You will be responsible for coordinating elevating and upscaling our D2C platform (Shopify based).
This will be our first full-time hire focussing on e-commerce - you'll be building your e-commerce team in the next few months as the business grows.
The main duties of the Ecommerce Manager will include:
Management of our shopify store; New product listings including managing the pricing, descriptions, availability of product, Monitor our supply chain, including stock management, ensure customers are kept up to date on their orders.
Managing content and implementing SEO plans to increase search engine visibility. This will include link building, content optimisation, content creation etc
Managing the reviews and affiliate programs as well as overseeing and testing email invitations, customer reviews and accepting new publisher requests
Managing paid social campaigns, setting up discount codes, affiliate codes.
Creating Hallmark days content.
Identifying new opportunities including new areas of business
Analysing web performance via Google Analytics to understand how the website is performing and identifying areas of improvement
Working closely with the marketing team to create offers manage sale events
Resolving customer queries with the customer services team to ensure website issues are resolved efficiently
Manage all online activities in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion, a/b testing and reporting alongside existing agencies
Work directly with marketing agencies to help grow revenue to build new customers.
Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics
Improving the design and functionality of the website
The successful candidate for a ecommerce manager must have a similar experience in ecommerce and digital marketing channels, a can-do attitude and willingness to be hands on, with excellent communication skills. Previous experience in shopify is essential. A good understanding of Google PPC, SEO, Social Advertising (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram). We are looking for a someone to become a valuable part of our growing team.

Salary: £35,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
