HR ADMINISTRATOR

£26,000 Basic + Benefits
REED HR is looking for an HR professional to join an expanding company. The HR coordinator will support the delivery of high-quality core people processes and initiatives for the business.
Full CIPD support offered.
The successful candidate will enjoy a varied set of responsibilities, and will join the Company at an exciting time as it continues
THE ROLE:
General HR administration and support across the entire employee lifecycle; assisting with recruitment, on-boarding, off-boarding, employee and management queries, etc.
Taking an active role in ensuring all new starters are properly inducted and supported upon joining the company, and throughout their employment.
Building effective working relationships with internal teams as the first point of contact for HR queries.
Working with the rest of the HR team to manage queries sent in via the HR inbox and supporting the Talent Acquisition team where necessary with recruitment support.
Coordinating the benefits programme, including Pensions, CycletoWork, Holiday purchase, Eyecare, etc.
Assisting with the organisation of recruitment, learning and development and employee social events..
Supporting employee engagement activities across the group of companies.
General support to the HR Management team, working on specific projects and initiatives as required.
THE PERSON:
Solid HR administration / coordination experience in a generalist capacity.
Attained CIPD Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification, and working towards, or prepared to continue onto Level 5.
Educated to degree level (or equivalent) an advantage.
A keen eye for detail – able to maintain high levels of accuracy.
Effective communication and relationship management skills.
Well organised, with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Highly computer literate, e.g. Microsoft Office and HR information Systems.
