A very well established Brighton legal name are seeking to add a paralegal to their property litigation team.

This department specialises in property litigation providing an all-encompassing service to the firm's long list of loyal clients. The department deals with a wide range of disputes, including landlord and tenant problems; tenancy issues; neighbour and boundary disputes; and service charge disputes – as well as non-contentious matters, including drafting tenancy documentation and enfranchisement.

This is a very busy team with a volume caseload and requires a good level of organisation and an ability to prioritise and work well under pressure as part of a team. The teams is looking for good communicators skills with the ability delivering high quality client service at all times.

The role would suit a bright individual with enthusiasm and commitment and a background in law ideally with some practical experience gained at legal practice, with experience in property and/or litigation being highly desirable though full training will be provided.
