They are seeking a Residential Property- Leasehold Paralegal to join their team.

The firm offers a wide range of services from a number of Tier 1 practices with a client base ranging from private individuals and families / family offices, to SMEs, owner managed business and larger organisations in various business sectors Your new role This is an exciting new Property Paralegal opportunity to work with their Residential Property Leasehold team.

This is a fee earning role where you will be supporting the Leasehold team on various day to day tasks.

You will handle Leasehold work, managing deadlines, assisting with drafting and handling a full caseload Informal residential lease extensions, statutory residential lease extensions, managing deadlines, assisting with drafting Collective enfranchisement, purchasing freeholds, right of first refusal transactions and right to manage transactions, You will manage large groups of leaseholders with client onboarding / managing the purchase of freeholds Administer files to include opening, closing, storage and retrieval To prepare correspondence, documents and enclosures To prepare draft contract documentation, submit searches, prepare stamp duty documentation, assist fee earners with enquiries, deal with exchange and completion formalities.

What you'll need to succeed This role will suit someone with some Residential Property experience, looking to develop their skills Some knowledge of Leasehold would be desirable Up to date Legal knowledge Effective communication, organisation and multi-tasking abilities Able to handle a large caseload and provide high quality client service What you'll get in return Competitive salary of 20-26K, plus benefits including bonus schemes, employee assistance, private medical/life assurance, great pensions scheme and study sponsorship.
