Macildowie HR are working with a fantastic public sector company based in Leicester for a HR Team Assistant. They truly care deeply about their social responsibility by striving to do the right thing always. They are looking for an HR administrator to join their team in a hybrid capacity. This is a great chance to support on various projects as well as getting exposure to an internal HR team!
Your daily responsibilities will include;
Creating and processing of new starter paperwork
Manage the HR inbox and reply to general queries
Being the first point of contact for employee lifecycle administration
Producing reports on key HR metrics
Update the HR system
Supporting the improvement of the HR function and it's key HR initiatives
Undertaking any ad-hoc requests in regards to the business objectives
The ideal candidate is someone who;
Has at least two years' experience of working within administration
Ideally a background within public sector, however this isn't essential
