*URGENT* Administrator vacancy based in Old Oak Common for a specialist civil engineering contractor!
A large specialist contractor is looking for a Site Administrator to join their team! You would be managing the daily runnings of the office and also support any administration tasks needed. For this role you will be getting involved organising the office, dealing with onboarding new staff, ordering materials and dealing with any daily administration needed.
The ideal candidate would have worked for a construction or civil engineering company before and would have previously worked as an Administrator.
This is a long term contract role based in Old Oak Common. Paying between £12 to £15 PAYE or £14 to £18 umbrella.
Construction/ Rail/ or Civil Engineering experience is necessary. Office manager or Admin experience is necessary also.

Responsibilities:
Supervising multiple teams
Organising events
Uploading documents to EDMS systems
Distributing documents
Ordering materials for site and the office
Conducting all office support on varied levels
Updating documents - phone, project lists, charts and schedules
HR duties- Updating new starters and leavers record
Dealing with senior operations managers
Office Archiving
Answering and fielding incoming telephone calls
Preparation of outgoing post
Arranging couriers
The ideal candidate will have:
Excellent communication skills
Multiple EDMS experience
Strong IT skills in MS Office including Outlook, Excel / Word
The ability to multitask and have high attention to detail
Experience in the Construction Industry would be ideal
