Orb are exclusively working with a prestigious property who are looking for a new Property Broker to join their existing team of successful sales people to deliver continued growth and achieve individual success.
You will work within the New Homes department and your core focus will be negotiating and achieving sales on behalf of a range of New Homes clients. You will be required to build relationships with potential buyers and match their needs to the properties available in the portfolio.
You will be able to build rapport with clients and buyers, qualifying their needs effectively, then negotiate and close the sale. There may be occasions where some on site agency work may be required including occasional weekend work to accommodate site launches and events.
PROVEN SUCCESS IN A SALES ENVIRONMENT IS ESSENTIAL
Working Days = Thursday - Monday
Responsible for developing a comprehensive understanding of existing New Homes developments
Building detailed knowledge of buyers individual needs and matching these to available properties
Following up all enquiries and actively progressing sales from reservation to completion
Maximising the conversion rate of visitors to reservations
Negotiating effectively, using developer incentives where applicable
Completing all administration on time and accurately
Actively cross sell services including estate agency and lettings
Have experience in a fast-paced sales role, preferably, but not exclusively property
Ability to demonstrate proven track record of sales vs targets.
Thrive in a competitive selling environment
Have excellent negotiation skills
Have ability to use IT systems word, excel and database
Full, clean driving licence
Effective Under Pressure
