A number of very exciting opportunities have arisen for experienced Mortgage Administrators to join a growing and successful organisation based very close to London Bridge.
The role is 50% office based and 50% home based.
The main focus will be on the processing new Mortgage Applications for the broker, however as part of the team they will also be required to do all administrator sides in relation to mortgages.
Job activities will include:
Keying Mortgage applications into the different banking system
Providing administrative support to the brokers
Managing the client service experience through to completion - speaking to both the client and also Providers to ensure smooth progress of the application
Detailing all conversations and actions taken in CRM System
Gathering original documents from clients, as required by the banks
Loading documents onto the system within the required compliance timescales
Scanning file documents onto the system and being responsible for ensuring the final file meets the required Compliance standards
Ensuring all work meets the required FCA compliance standards
Contacting existing clients as instructed by the Company Directors, to review their circumstances and products.
Assisting the Team with any other duties, as reasonably requested.
Staff Training & Reviews
Training will primarily take place 'on the job’.
A quarterly review will be undertaken with all staff to discuss the following areas:
Quality / Accuracy of Work
Provider / Other Feedback (where applicable)
Within a large, progressive business, the role is currently part home and part office based. Interviews are available immediately.
