Were leading the search for a corporate lawyer with experience of advising private equity funds or strategic buyers on private M&A deals interested in moving into the insurance market advising buyers and sellers on the structuring, procurement and placement of warranty and indemnity insurance solutions - the product protects buyer and seller interest within the event of an M&A transaction.

You will have a solid corporate M&A legal foundation from a branded law firm and be comfortable in identifying traditional mergers and acquisitions risks.
