Temporary contract for a head of lad and property working within the public sector in Manchester. Your new companyPublic sector organisation with a portfolio worth over u00A3250 million and over 1500 assets across North Manchester. Currently going through a re-structure and looking for a head of land and property on a temporary basis with a view to extend or become permanent. Your new roleIn this role you will look after the current portfolio, look and advise of ways to maximise the return on the portfolio and decrease expenditure. You will also look after the acquisition and disposals team to facilitate the regeneration and development of the land and properties. What you'll need to succeedYou will be degree qualified in relevant discipline with previous experience managing multiple projects, capital delivery and leading teams of building surveyors, asset managers, property managers. You will have excellent programme/ project management skills. What you'll get in returnThis is a long term temporary contract with a possibility of extension or going permanent. You will have an option of hybrid working and a secure pipeline of work.
