The Graduate Broker Role Involves:**
Excellent training scheme - providing knowledge on markets, products and investments Proactively identifying and acquiring new clients, and developing a strong rapport Promoting services and products of the business Organise and execute sales presentations on brokerage solutions

2:1 or higher graduate from a Russel Group University Driven and money motivated individuals with a desire for rapid career progression Candidates who thrive in a competitive environment Critical thinkers with great attention to detail * Have strong sales ability, ideally demonstrated by experience
