We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Trade
Operations Processor

This is a fantastic opportunity for those of you who are looking for your first foray into work,

In this role, you will:

Provide a high level of service to customers, working quickly and
smartly with customer instructions, whilst minimizing operational errors through pre-processing
of documents and preparation of outgoing letters and documents. Having oversight of the work in
progress, to ensure all instructions are processed on time

Liaison with internal and external customers on non-routine matters
via our client services telephony team, as appropriate.

Ensure our customers receive a quality service that we promise at all
times.

Base location for this role is Leicester. Due to the nature of the work involved it is 100%
office-based with no facility to work from home.
