TRAVEL CONSULTANTS WE NEED YOU! Are you ready to move away from retail and move over to Tour Operations? Would you like to help, support and provide your experience to Travel Agencies with bookings that have already been made? Then this is the perfect role for you!

My client is looking for Trade Support Advisors to y be the first point of call for our Travel Agent Partners for any post-sale needs. You'll liaise with them regarding changes to their customers booking and any additional requirements and questions they may have.

Providing exceptional customer service at all times, you'll also identify opportunities to maximise profit where possible. You will handle the administration of all Trade Bookings, providing accurate financial information, updating the system following amendments and producing agent and customer documentation.

DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION:

Working within our new Trade Support Team, you will be the first point of call for our Travel Agent Partners for any post-sale needs.

You'll liaise with them regarding changes to their customers booking and any additional requirements and questions they may have.

Providing exceptional customer service at all times, you'll also identify opportunities to maximise profit where possible.

You will handle the administration of all Trade Bookings, loading them into the back-office system, providing accurate financial information, updating the system following amendments and producing agent and customer documentation.

Your responsibilities will include:

Building relationships with our Travel Agent partners.
Answering queries, proving information and pricing amendments.
Providing 'Exceptional' Customer Service and going the extra mile at all times.
Ensuring all systems are updated with amendments in an accurate and timely manner.
Processing travel documentation/tickets promptly and accurately.
Pre-empting any administrational complications before they occur and mitigating customer impact.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

You will have previous Travel Industry experience, whether Sales or Customer service

You will have a friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgeable approach and will deal with enquires effectively and in a timely manner. Your written communication skills will be top-notch too.

You'll be able to work in a fast-paced environment, whilst still being able to maintain high levels of Customer Service and build rapport with both agents and tour operators, ensuring an all-round positive experience.

As a Trade Support Advisor, you will also be super-organised, able to multi-task and able to prioritise your workload, whilst remaining flexible and versatile.

PACKAGE:

40 hours / 5 days per week

u00A319,000 Per Annum Monday - Friday 9am to 5.30pm (ability to work evenings and weekends as needed)
