Land Sales and Marketing Administrator
Salary - u00A320,000 - u00A325,000
Hours - 37.5 hours pw, Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm
Location - commutable from Leeds, Garforth, Castleford, Rothwell, Tadcaster

u00B7 Logging all new sites coming into the business using the inhouse system and Tracker
u00B7 Ensuring the inhouse system is being used to its maximum potential by all site finding team / activity
u00B7 Ensuring that all contact lists and CRM information is updated
u00B7 Responding to general new site enquiries coming in centrally to the business as and when required
u00B7 Proactively supporting the team to identify sources of land; research and expanding our database
u00B7 Producing and facilitating a yearly marketing calendar of activity focussed around expanding Care Developments Brand and Network
u00B7 Proactively work with external marketing agency
u00B7 Driving weekly Care Developments promotion of activity / call for sites / expansion of network
u00B7 Supporting the compilation of any reports or site recommendation documents on a weekly basis
u00B7 Supporting general administration requirements associated with the publication of external and internal presentations and reports
u00B7 IT Literate - PowerPoint, Excel and CRM systems
u00B7 Ability to organise and facilitate marketing activity
u00B7 Desire to support sales and research based activity
u00B7 Proactive and Self Motivated
u00B7 Experience with Big Map system desirable but not essential
This position would suit a Marketing Graduate or Marketing Graduate with one years' experience.
