u00B7 Establishing & developing existing client relationships to promote repeat business.
u00B7 Identifying new business development opportunities and establishing relationships with potential removal clients.
u00B7 Forming accurate and timely Removals quotes and cross selling similar services where possible and update CRM.
u00B7 Keeping track of all issued removals quotes and following up with potential clients
u00B7 Ensuring that the Trade Manager is briefed in department developments and working alongside her to offer solutions.
u00B7 It is essential to comply with environmental policies.
u00B7 Making sure all company databases are up to date and accurate at all times.
u00B7 Additional administrative support to team members and senior management as and when required.
u00B7 Ability to maintain a professional, confidential manner at all times.
u00B7 Passionate about providing excellent customer service.
u00B7 Work effectively with the team and build good relationships to drive Sales.
u00B7 Ability to comply with company, departmental, and environmental procedures.
u00B7 Excellent telephone manner
u00B7 Demonstrate capable computer skills
. Organised and hard-working.
