Trade Sales Executive
Our client, based in Waltham Cross has a vacancy for an additional member to join our Customer Services Team as they launch a new e-commerce service. As the service will be at the early stages, the role will be varied depending on where support is needed.
The role will require:u00A0First point of contact for customer support, communicating clearly and courteously with customers through telephone, email and live-chatu00A0Learn and understand the Buyback selling platform and processes so to answer customer questions with confidence and certaintyu00A0Keeping accurate and detailed audit of discussions or correspondence with customersu00A0Dealing with customers' queriesu00A0Logistical management: Arrange and manage stock collection/arrivalu00A0Multi-tasking and liaising with other departments
Administration:u00A0Accurately maintaining data and carry out data entry responsibilities.u00A0Market researchu00A0Stock controlu00A0Deal effectively and efficiently with all incoming customer enquiriesu00A0Deal with any problems, queries, or complaints in an effective and decisive manneru00A0Respond to all customer enquiries quickly and accurately via email and telephoneu00A0Confident to work on their own initiative and to contribute to the overall effectiveness of the teamu00A0Be responsible for all administrative dutiesu00A0Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls to relevant departmentsu00A0Record all information in accordance with company procedures, working to GDPR regulationsu00A0Deal with a range tasks for the companys Buyback platform and additional selling websites both on an administrative and operational level as required
Skills required:u00A0Excellent communication skills both verbal and writtenu00A0Proficient in the use of Microsoft packagesu00A0Accurate data entryu00A0Previous experience working in customer services roleu00A0Work well within a team, organized, friendlyu00A0Be flexible and adaptable
