City Elite are delighted to be working alongside this globally recognised Financial Technology company who specialise within Banking, Law Firms as well as Global Corporates. We are helping them with a new intake of Client Support Executives who are fluent German, French and English. Minimum experience required however the more relevant experience you have the better level of salary you will receive.

Job Description:

  • Supporting the Sales team and European Client Support.
  • Assist with technical issues and manage the process to resolution.
  • Flexibility/adaptability with overtime/shift patterns.

Qualification, skills and experience:

  • Graduate level educated.
  • Fluent/Native German, French and English Speaker
  • Previous work experience in a similar client service environment i.e. SAAS or Technology Company, highly desirable.
